Melissa has been active in the VFW Post 5812 Auxiliary since 2024.
She is a native of Colorado and an Air Force Veteran. She has 2 adult sons and a daughter who also call Colorado home.
Her husband, Keith, is retired Air Force and the current VFW Post 5812 Senior Vice Commander.
